The first step is a scheduling request with your name, country, contact details and the type of consultation you would like. Do not upload scans or test results to this form. The clinic team can then explain availability, fees, and whether a remote appointment is appropriate under the applicable professional and local requirements.

Once an appointment is agreed, the team can tell you how to share relevant scans, laboratory results, referral letters or previous operation records through its approved secure process. Reviewing documents does not replace a physical examination when one is needed, and it does not guarantee a diagnosis or a recommendation for surgery.

Online report review and consultation

You can enquire about a scheduled review of existing reports or a remote consultation to discuss assessment and treatment options. An initial discussion can help establish whether more tests or an in-person examination may be needed. The clinician and clinic team decide what can safely be addressed remotely and how follow-up would work while you are outside the UK.

Coming to the UK

If a UK visit is suitable, the clinic is based in Peterborough. An in-person appointment allows records to be reviewed, an examination where appropriate, and discussion of next steps. If a procedure is considered clinically appropriate, hospital arrangements, timing and costs are coordinated separately. Please do not book non-refundable travel or accommodation until the clinic confirms the appointment and practical details.
